The Year-Round Bundle and Snow Removal plans require a signed service agreement. Customers who cancel mid-term remain responsible for the full contract value — similar to a standard commercial service agreement. Cancellation terms and conditions will be outlined in your service agreement at time of sign-up.

All services are available within the Niagara Region, Ontario. Service availability outside this area is at our discretion — contact us to ask.
A contract is required for the Year-Round Bundle (snow + lawn care). Individual seasonal plans — lawn care only or snow removal only — do not require one.
We come back as many times as it snows. If your property gets hit two or three times in one day, we'll be there every time. Your driveway and walkways stay clear no matter how many times the snow comes down.
Any snowfall of 2 cm or more triggers a visit. We monitor conditions closely so you never have to worry about timing — we're on it before you even wake up.
You can cancel a non-contract plan at any time. Please note that you will be billed for the remaining portion of your current month depending on your cancellation date.
